“Due to the decrease in the average daily outdoor temperature, we are beginning to switch the heating supply system to winter operation mode,” Biryukov said.
He reminded that the first places to receive the heat will be schools, kindergartens, hospitals and clinics. At the same time, it will supply hot water to housing and communal services workers, residential buildings and radiators of offices, factories and shops.
The deputy mayor announced that this time the onset of heat in the capital will start much later, thanks to the good weather that lasted throughout September. In 2022, heating began to be put into operation in social facilities at the beginning of September.
