On Thursday, March 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with permanent members of the Security Council. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov made this known, TASS writes.
According to the press secretary of the head of state, the accompanying event will take place in the middle of the day.
At the last meeting with members of the Security Council, which took place on March 18, Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the progress of the special operation in Ukraine. There the current international situation was discussed and views were exchanged on a special military operation to protect Donbass.
It was previously reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, during which the leaders discussed the situation in Ukraine. It specifies that Bennett “shared his assessments of the situation around Ukraine, taking into account his contacts with the leaders of a number of foreign states,” the Kremlin said.
