The story about a bucket of feces from Pervouralsk began long before November 11 – about six years ago, sewage began to accumulate in the basement of an apartment on Yemlina Street. Appeals to the official authorities – the management company, Vodokanal, emergency services – did not yield results. For years the apartments had a foul odor. As a result, residents turned to Natalya Krylova, the former city deputy of Asbest and a member of the Communist Party.
“The well was cleaned with a cable, but a special machine is needed. In town but very old and constantly busy. This machine cannot cope with such volumes, a new one costs about 7 million rubles, and the budget should buy it, ”said the former deputy about the situation at home.
The dramatic result came last Friday. Krylova arrived at Vodokanal with a bucket of excrement she had collected from the unfortunate basement on Emlin Street. The woman carelessly put the bucket on the reception desk, slid down and spilled the contents along with the computer into the office.
But the story did not end there. Krylova was taken to the police station, where she was given an administrative protocol for petty hooliganism and a fine of 1,000 rubles. As the woman told socialbites.ca, she will appeal against him in court.
“I will appeal the fine because I did not intend to be hooligan. I wanted to give them excrement. I was looking for a manager, assistant manager, I was looking for a chief engineer. The secretary began to invite experts to me, but a deputy director for economic affairs came and called security, they began to tell me about some kind of circus and some kind of show. So they tempted me to leave this bucket on the counter. He jumped. The coffee table is high, the bucket is very heavy. I raised my hand sharply, it is necessary to throw it there. The booth itself was very small. In theory it was supposed to slide and stop, but it slipped and fell over. I didn’t spill. Therefore, I will go to court even if the lawyers are more expensive than the fine. By the way, the residents have already transferred the fine to me, a thousand rubles themselves. But we will appeal anyway,” explained the former deputy.
At the same time, Krylova does not rule out that Vodokanal may try to compensate her for additional moral and material damage because one of the officials involved in the incident “wet her shoes”. She doesn’t know yet how much the penalty might be.
“I forced the police officers to open the system unit on the camera that was not flooded. Mouse, keyboard did not work, I agree. System volume booted, all windows opened. The mouse hung, but in principle the system worked, ”said Krylova.
However, the woman said: After the federal publicity of the story, the problem of the basement filling up with excrement began to be resolved.
“Now the situation has changed. Today, on the instructions of the district prosecutor’s office, the prosecutor of the city of Pervouralsk created an interdepartmental commission, and they came there to determine who is to blame – the management company or Vodokanal. I don’t care why I have to figure it out, this is their area of responsibility. Management company and Vodokanal in the morning she worked there all weekend, from early hours until late at night. The sewage no longer flows, ”said Krylova.
