March Update Brings PvP Season, New Gear, and Exciting Events to Battle Teams 2
The March update for Battle Teams 2 introduces a competitive in-game PvP season along with a wave of new characters, weapons, and events. Players now have a chance to secure legendary rewards as they climb through the season’s ranks and complete fresh objectives.
In the free Battle Pass track, players earn gold coins to level up and tackle tasks across the season. The premium version enhances this journey by adding a coveted legendary weapon, the M590A1 “Universe” shotgun. Beyond this centerpiece, players can potentially unlock the Ben Williams character, known in the game as “The Punisher,” and they can experiment with a new support option, the Gatling gun named “DJ.”
A brand-new map called “Quarter” opens up strategic opportunities for players. The new Demolition mode invites teams to plan decisive attacks and solid defenses while leveraging terrain features and mining opportunities to gain the upper hand.
The update also introduces Azumi, nicknamed “Pretty Girl,” who becomes available for free during the Boxing Week event. Another hero, Liu Peijie, known as “Coyote,” is slated to join the roster during the New Horizons event, expanding team compositions and synergy possibilities for players who enjoy diverse playstyles.
Fans should also explore the Collection tab in the Armory section, where a select group can obtain Azumi’s Dawning costume. The lineup of legendary weapons expands to include the Type-56 Defender Marxamn rifle and the DT-22 Defender shotgun, along with the Dawn series sword and the M249 machine gun. The drop table includes a chance for epic Vanguard weapons, giving collectors new goals to pursue through the season.
As of now, the update is available for download on VK Play, inviting players across Canada and the United States to jump in and experience the new content, balance changes, and game modes introduced with this release. The broader gaming news cycle continues with the anticipation of future platform updates and cross-region events, creating a steady stream of fresh experiences for the Battle Teams 2 community.
Looking ahead, anticipation remains high for further updates and cross-platform plans that may accompany the ongoing PvP season. The live service model ensures players in North America can expect regular drops in content, rewards, and balance adjustments designed to keep battles vibrant and competitive. With ongoing support, Battle Teams 2 is poised to maintain a lively cadence of new moments for fans and new players alike.
