Note that rewards from promo codes require completing the story mission A Moment of Rest. Until that mission is finished, the mail menu remains blocked.
Activate codes by following these steps:
- Open the game’s official redemption page.
- Choose the proper server region and enter the character name from the dropdowns labeled Server and Character Name.
- If there is no character yet, a warning will appear: No character information on the current server. Please select the correct server before redeeming the code.

- Click Activate to receive the rewards.
