Tecno has begun sales of its latest foldable smartphones, the Phantom V Fold2 5G and Phantom V Flip2 5G, in Russia. The move places two models in the Russian market, signaling the brand’s push to expand its foldable lineup in the region (Tecno official announcement).
The Fold2 5G packs a 5,750 mAh battery and supports 70W wired charging plus 15W wireless charging. Its hinge uses steel components designed to endure over 400,000 folds, a durability claim that matters for daily use in a foldable phone (Manufacturer specifications).
Photography on the Phantom V Fold2 5G relies on the FreeCam system. The main module integrates three 50 MP sensors, while two 32 MP front cameras are mounted on each display for flexible selfies and video chats (Camera tech notes).
Both panels are AMOLED with LTPO, delivering a dynamic 10 to 120 Hz refresh range. The exterior 6.42-inch screen is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, while the 7.85-inch folding core uses SCHOTT UTG glass with a protective film for durability.

Prices in Russia sit around 150,000 rubles for the Fold2 5G and about 90,000 rubles for the Flip2 5G.
