ReedPop has redesigned the E3 experience by separating Industry Days from Gamer Days and giving each segment its own dedicated space. Industry Days run from Tuesday, June 13 to Thursday, June 15 and are reserved for registered collaborators, press, and content creators within the video game ecosystem. Access during this period is limited to the familiar West and South halls, maintaining a focused environment for business conversations and exhibitor showcases. E3 Gamer Days follow on Thursday, June 15 and Friday, June 16, opening to the general public while still welcoming industry professionals and media. This structure aims to balance professional networking with wider consumer access, broadening opportunities for discovery and engagement.

Dubbed E3 Digital Week, the event begins on Sunday, June 11 with a lineup of online programs that have become staples of the show. Highlights include the PC Gaming Show, Future Games Show, Guerrilla Collective, and Black Voices in Gaming. ReedPop, known for organizing major experiences such as PAX, EGX, and Star Wars Celebration, plans to reveal a calendar of conferences and sessions for E3 Digital Week in the weeks ahead. The schedule will feature publishers and independent media alike, providing a platform for a wide spectrum of voices and perspectives.

a remastered E3

Industry leaders have acknowledged the longer wait since the last in-person gathering and express enthusiasm for the refreshed format. Kyle Marsden-Kish, Vice President of Gaming at ReedPop, notes that new content and formats are on the horizon for E3. The aim is to reestablish E3 as a cultural anchor for the gaming industry and its fans. The return also signals a strong commitment to indie developers, tech showcases, and hardware makers, alongside the big AAA publishers who have already confirmed participation at the Los Angeles Convention Center. In the lead-up to the fair, speakers and exhibitors will be announced, with many choosing to share their own news in advance to maximize exposure and excitement. This reimagined E3 represents a renewed opportunity for collaboration, innovation, and conversation across all corners of the video game world, both for developers and for enthusiasts who gather to celebrate the medium that continues to push the boundaries of storytelling and interactive entertainment. This shift also emphasizes accessibility, ensuring more fans can participate in the conversation and enjoy the spectacle of a major industry event. Brand partners and creative communities will chart fresh paths for virtual and in-person experiences, reinforcing E3 as a cornerstone event in the global gaming calendar. (citation: ReedPop)
