Digital business platform MTS Exolve has launched an automatic text transcription service for telephone conversations based on audio recordings of conversations, the company’s press service reported.
Platform developers noted that the ability to quickly receive the transcript of any call will help facilitate the work of quality departments of corporate customers: you will no longer have to listen to every conversation between support staff and customers – just read the text and set the text. According to Vasily Sazhko, product manager of smart business solutions provider MTT (part of the MTS ecosystem), the call transcription service opens new opportunities for MTS Exolve users to analyze and optimize the work of their employees. This will improve customer service and business efficiency.
“The service will be in demand in customer support, as well as in education, marketing, medicine and many other fields where the volume of content that needs to be analyzed is large,” explained Vasily Sazhko.
The company explained that pricing is based on a pay-as-you-go principle, meaning the user pays for every minute transcribed at the end of the call.
While recordings and text transcripts are retained for one month, users will be able to choose longer retention periods in the future.
