Introduced by Apple in October 2020, the price of the iPhone 12 smartphone has dropped by 25% in Russia. In this respect informs portal Hi-Tech Mail.Ru.
The official cost of the iPhone 12 at the time of its release was 80 thousand rubles. Now the minimum price of a smartphone in Russian online stores has fallen below 60 thousand rubles, and therefore makes a difference of 25% from the original cost.
The base iPhone 12 comes with a 6.1-inch OLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate, 12MP dual camera setup, Apple A14 Bionic chip, and 4GB of RAM.
At the same time, the smartphone already has an “outdated” design in the form of a wider notch cut and a modest amount of memory in the minimum version with a capacity of only 64 GB. Although the smartphone will be three years old this fall, it is still supported by Apple, which plans to release the iOS 17 update for itself.
There is also a more recent iPhone 13 smartphone on the market, and its cost currently averages 68-70 thousand rubles in Russia.
