Once Human is another survivalist game that has been gaining popularity lately. There are two types of servers for all players: PvP and PvE respectively. In this guide, we will tell you everything you need to know to play comfortably online.
How to Choose a Server and Find Your Friends
As with other similar games, you will be asked to select a server before starting. Conventionally, they are divided into areas where battles between players take place (PvP) and areas where gamers explore the world together without coming into conflict with each other (PvE). Opposite the names is indicated the level of congestion, as well as an icon (vegetable, yellow or red). The last indicator may not match the color of the workload and indicates whether it is possible to create new characters on the server. So there may be few players, but new players cannot connect.
It is important that the game also has a gradation of servers per “world”. On the top right you will find your world number. Each such group contains several servers. This should be taken into account, since you will not see friends if you are in different worlds.
How to change the game world
To quickly access changing worlds, simply play through the game’s prologue and then go to the teleporter. This is a special building that gives you a list of all available “universes.” Once you move, you can move your house and all buildings there. After such a “move,” you have to wait 10 minutes before you can do it again.
Which server is better to play on?
At this point, the vast majority of players agree that PvP is not for those who don’t have three other active players. If you’re playing solo, you’re definitely in PvE. In both cases, you’ll have to fight, but the local dangers aren’t as terrible as those of live gamers.
