Traditionally, after every major update Genshin Impact themed events appear. This time, players have access to the “Roses and Muskets” event, which almost anyone can participate in. In this guide we’ll tell you how to access the event, how to complete the challenges and what rewards you can get.
How to access the Roses and Muskets event
Almost all Genshin Impact players can access the event as it requires:
- Reach adventure rank 20;
- Complete the Archon mission ‘Prologue’. Chapter 3: Song of Dragon Freedom”;
- Open access to Fontaine.
To diversify the event and get additional information, the developers also recommend completing some optional quests:
- Complete the Archon Quest “Part 4. Chapter 5: Masquerade of the Guilty”;
- Complete the mission of Raiden legends “Fratal World. Chapter 2″;
- Complete the mission of Furina legends “Kapellmeister. Chapter 2.”
If all conditions are met, open the event log and under the ‘Roses and Muskets’ tab, select ‘Go to task’. You’ll need to complete a small quest before you can access all of the event’s challenges.
The sound of muskets breaks the silence
Go to the southern part of the city and approach the marked point behind the teleporter. Here you will meet film producer Xavier, who will appear more than once when completing event tests. After speaking to him, the task will be completed and you will have access to all of the event’s mini-games.

Accumulation zone taking into account arc minutes per thousand steps in Genshin Impact
In this challenge, players must demonstrate their ability to shoot accurately and plan their every move. However, there is nothing complicated about this, especially if you have read our special guide, which is dedicated to this mini-game.
Effects and tricks
A combat test where players must fight hordes of monsters in a makeshift arena. They are helped by special lighting, when activated the characters get a good boost. All tests are described in more detail in this manual.
Extreme chase
A simple challenge that can only be completed in co-op mode. Each player is assigned his own “gate”, where he must control as many mek balls as possible, which appear in the arena from time to time. More detailed information about each challenge and available rewards can be found here.
In the frame
The final set of tests, designed for many players. The tasks consist of arranging the correct frames and voice-over texts according to the descriptions. Nothing complicated, but if you have any problems, here is a detailed guide.
Beautiful gift
For completing challenges and collecting theater tickets, players will receive a special reward: a “Nice Gift”. It can be tracked in a special section of the event log, in the ‘Roses and Muskets’ tab.
For 200 tickets collected you will receive the Magic Super Sword of the Supreme Overlord:
- Two-handed weapon;
- Energy recovery – 6.7;
- Basic Attack (Level 1) – 44;
- Increases attack power by 12%;
- Also increases attack power by up to 12%.

- Theater tickets (400): Source Stones (60), Super-duper Invincible Shiny Magic Crystal (1), Hero Experience (3), Magic Enhancement Ore (6);
- Theater tickets (600): Source Stones (60), Super-duper Invincible Shiny Magic Crystal (1), Hero Experience (3), Magic Enhancement Ore (6);
- Theater tickets (800): Source Stones (60), Super-duper Invincible Shiny Magic Crystal (1), Hero Experience (3), Magic Enhancement Ore (6).
