Developers of Lavapotion announced that turn-based fantasy strategy Songs of Conquest will be released in Early Access on May 10. On this occasion, the team presented a new review trailer.
Songs of Conquest is called a “love letter” after a classic turn-based game along the lines of Heroes of Might and Magic. Players must choose a faction, develop the city, study the map and participate in battles.
The combat system has been removed special significance. Soldiers have special abilities and you can find heights and various fortifications on the map. In addition, on each turn, units generate Essence, a special resource that is spent on spells.

At launch, the game will have two campaigns, an online mode and several maps. Maps can also be created yourself in the editor. Consolers have found a way around the PS Store block
