Larian Studios has released the ninth patch for Baldur’s Gate 3, which is in early access. This is the last major update – now the developers are preparing for a full release.
The new patch has added the paladin class to the game, which can be described as a mix of priest and hunter. Such characters can fly mid-battle during battle, heal allies and imbue their weapons with power.
Paladins can choose one of three subclasses – these are called oaths. The third subclass, which will be available at release, will allow you to become an oathbreaker and summon the undead.
The developers also added a fifth level of development and updated the comment system. All patch notes can be read here.

In addition, Larian announced an actor for the role of the pathfinder Minsk, who is known to fans of the previous parts. The character is voiced by Matthew Mercer, a dungeon master in the Critical Role web series. He also voiced Leon Kennedy Resident Evil 6, Cassidy in Overwatch and Levy attack Titan.
Baldur’s Gate 3 will no longer have early access in August 2023
