Operating under the stage name Glukoza, Natalya Chistyakova-Ionova with her husband Alexander Chistyakov own a villa in Marbella, a sunlit enclave on Spain’s Costa del Sol. The couple often visits for holidays, a place filled with fond memories since their daughters Lydia and Vera were born there.
Glukoza shares glimpses of the villa on social media, highlighting expansive grounds, a lush garden, a swimming pool, and a lounge area set up for barbecues. The music video for the singer’s track Party Exotica was filmed at this residence.
Julia Kovalchuk and Alexey Chumakov
Another Russian show business couple, Yulia Kovalchuk and Alexei Chumakov, also own property in Spain. They possess a villa on the Costa Bravo. In an interview on the set of the TV program Secret to a Million with Lera Kudryavtseva, the pair explained that they started with smaller apartments, but after their daughter Amelia was born, they sought a larger home. A search that spanned about six weeks and involved reviewing roughly 60 options led them to a 1000 square meter villa. According to Chumakov, the house dates back thirty years and previously belonged to a French couple who used it for rest, turning this into a true landmark in real estate rather than just a villa.
In a June chat, Yulia Kovalchuk revealed to 7days.ru that the villa, purchased around four years prior, remained in the process of completion.
Nikolai Baskov
During his collaboration with the late Montserrat Caballé, Nikolai Baskov acquired an apartment in Barcelona. Some of the funding for the purchase reportedly came from guests and supporters. Baskov has not publicly showcased interior photos on social networks. It is known from sources that the residence comprises five rooms with windows facing the city center. Estimated at that time at about one million euros, the interior reportedly favors Russian design influences.
Taisiya Povaliy
In a conversation with utro.ru, Taisiya Povaliy discussed new real estate in Spain, noting a villa with a Mediterranean outlook near Alicante. The property places the beach just 50 meters away. The house includes a recording studio alongside bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Povaliy shared that she and her husband Igor Likhuta chose a Provence-inspired aesthetic, with chandeliers and vases in light tones and handmade curtains accenting the windows.
Konstantin Khabensky
Konstantin Khabensky keeps his private life relatively shielded and rarely shares personal details. He does not maintain a social media presence, yet it is documented that he owns an apartment in Playa de Aro, Spain. The listing notes the apartment spans 98 square meters and has undergone renovations, featuring built-in appliances, a kitchen, and a dressing room. Reportedly, the purchase was influenced by his son’s desire to study in Spain, with Ivan attending St. Ignacio Catholic School and later Khabensky’s daughter Alexander entering a Catholic school as well. The property was valued at approximately 265,000 euros at the time of purchase.
