Vitaly Borodin, a known social activist, filed a formal complaint with the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office. He asked for Kirill Tereshin, who goes by the online alias Hands-Bazooka, to be investigated for financial misconduct, as well as potential involvement with illegal drugs and LGBT propaganda. This development was reported by RT, which noted Borodin’s appeal to Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov and the subsequent steps he urged the authorities to take in reviewing Tereshin’s activities.
The complaint centers on Tereshin’s recent live broadcast on a widely watched streaming platform. Borodin and some observers felt unsettled by the content of the stream, which included Tereshin and two young women who did not appear to be fully clothed. The activists argued that the broadcast crossed lines that merit scrutiny and posed questions about the legality and propriety of the messages being shared with a large online audience.
According to Borodin’s submission, Tereshin allegedly discussed illicit drugs during the broadcast and suggested involvement in financial transactions that could be interpreted as moving money out of Russia. The allegations point to potential violations or questionable activities tied to Tereshin’s public persona and the way his platform is used to reach followers who may be impressionable or vulnerable to persuasive messaging.
Earlier in the year, public statements from Tereshin’s circle mentioned that he had undergone several cosmetic procedures, including lip augmentation and chin reshaping. These personal cosmetic choices have long been part of his public image and have influenced the way audiences perceive the influencer, sometimes amplifying the sensational aspects of his online presence.
Tereshin’s rise to notoriety is linked to dramatic physical alterations—most notably, the dramatic enlargement of his arms through injections believed to involve substances such as synthol.
