Maldita Gloria!, Sip and Wonder Coffee Shop, 344, El Cantó, Hermanas Martínez And The Traveling Culinary Spirit — these are six organizations that have joined the Soletes Repsol list in the city of Alicante.
These new distinctions add to a total of 350 awarded across Spain, with 19 in the Valencian Community. In total, there are now 251 organizations carrying this sticker.
The gala delivery at the Repsol Center Bases was celebrated on Thursday night. The Santander Caterer program honors businesses located in historic centers and the most central neighborhoods of cities.

The city center is where the different categories of distinction are best explained. Since Soletes’ inception in the summer of 2021, award-winning businesses have been divided into six categories. There are pubs, bars and taverns for a beer or a soft drink and a tasty snack; cafes and bakeries for breakfast and light bites, homemade pastries, or freshly roasted coffee; restaurants and eateries for a rich menu or luxury dining at an affordable price; and wine bars and cocktail bars where one can toast for any reason.
The center became the natural hub of fast, good kitchens, offering a quick and simple yet honest and well-crafted menu that resonated quickly with diners.
Soletes recognizes the value of establishments that endure the test of time and changing fashions without losing their appeal or customer base, and it also supports young entrepreneurs starting their first projects. In keeping with this philosophy, the Repsol Guide focuses on provincial capitals across Spain; yet other cities like Cartagena, Gijón, Santiago de Compostela, Reus, and Talavera de la Reina did not escape the gaze of our experts.
With this latest delivery, roughly 3,600 organizations carry the Soletes Repsol Guide badge across Spanish soil.
