The young woman who danced with a man in a clip set to Sia’s “Snowman” has confirmed that their relationship faded away about two years ago. The disclosure is reported by Life with a note that the moment was captured on video.
The video’s heroine, identified as Maria, is a student at Samara State Technical University. She explained that the TikTok clip was shot some time ago and later posted, after which the account was eventually abandoned. The couple, she said, grew apart and did not fit well together in temperament.
Recently there was buzz because Sia herself shared a TikTok clip showing a couple dancing in the snow. The post quickly drew millions of views and thousands of likes, signaling strong public interest in short form dance moments to the artist’s music.
In 2022, Sia released another video featuring a winter waltz to her song, this time spotlighting a dance performed on Minsk’s Independence Avenue. The Telegram channel Sputnik Belarus reported that the video had attracted more than 3.5 million views at the time.
