Saiko, the Granada-born artist who is reshaping trap and reggaeton, will launch his new tour in Alicante as part of the Negrita Music Festival. According to the organizers, this show will be the only performance in Alicante province during 2024. The artist will headline the festival’s opening weekend, which runs from March 29 to 30, 2024 at Multiespacio Rabasa in Alicante.
Saiko stands out as a leading figure in Spain’s urban music scene today. Known for his remarkable versatility and a distinctive sound, his music blends two influences that shaped his upbringing: a sharper, American trap vibe and a mellower reggaetón style that he continually pushes forward by fusing with other genres. He weaves trap, reggaetón, and hyperpop with flamenco and Latin rhythms, presenting an innovative and unique persona within the urban landscape.
His Sakura tour kicks off in Alicante amid Holy Week celebrations. It promises a prime opportunity to enjoy hits such as Sikora, Ódiame, Polaris, and Jordan I. With a bold and carefree vibe, the singer, songwriter, and producer has sold out all shows scheduled for this year at major venues like Palau de Sant Jordi in Barcelona and the Wizink Center in Madrid in record time.
