Online chatter centers on attempts to recover more than 350 thousand rubles from comedian Garik Kharlamov through his restaurant venture. Reports circulating on the Telegram channel Zvezdach outline this financial dispute, presenting it as a push to reclaim funds tied to various services rendered to the cafe business.
The claim filed by Leader LLC, identified as the contractor, seeks payment from the Kharlamov-owned fast food outlet for a debt totaling 322 thousand rubles. In addition, the complaint includes a 17 thousand ruble penalty and a 30 thousand ruble fee attributed to a representative service charge. The document frames these figures as part of a broader collection effort linked to the restaurant’s operations.
Prior to this, Kharlamov’s fast food enterprise faced other legal actions connected to suppliers involved in bun production. One case, brought by Bread for Joy LLC, sought as much as 1.4 million rubles in total. The arbitration court ultimately ordered payments from Kharlamov’s establishment amounting to 736 thousand rubles, with an additional 301 thousand rubles in penalties and 27 thousand rubles in fees.
Meanwhile, actress Agata Muceniece issued a statement denying involvement in a separate alimony dispute with actor Pavel Priluchny. The matter related to the support for two children was slated for a second hearing on December 15, after which an evaluation was conducted and the case was dismissed.
In another development, it was reported that an inquiry from the former prosecutor’s office involved restrictions proposed against certain entities associated with Gobzavr and Ludmurik, described in some circles as disputes over waste streams. The exact legal implications of this request were a matter of public discussion as officials reviewed the proposals and corresponding documentation.
