Actress and television presenter Larisa Guzeeva announced on Instagram that she has purchased a villa in Bali. She celebrated the moment with a bold message for her followers, saying, “Congratulate me! I now have real estate here! Come!” The news came with a sense of excitement about a new property milestone on an island famed for its landscapes and sunsets.

The two‑story residence offers a sweeping panorama of the ocean. The purchase price was 127 thousand dollars, which aligns with current exchange rates to roughly 13.9 million rubles. A developer later explained that a villa with furniture and a full renovation would run about 150–180 thousand dollars. Guzeeva indicated she does not intend to visit Bali more than once a year for two weeks. The developer added that the villa could be rented out monthly, generating a steady income stream if managed proactively.

Guzeeva is best known for her performance as Larisa Dmitrievna Ogudalova in Eldar Ryazanov’s Cruel Romance. In 1994 she was awarded the title Honored Artist of Russia. In 2008 she appeared in the film Let’s Get Married and subsequently hosted several programs, building a recognizable presence in Russian television and cinema.

In January she filed an application with Rospatent to register trademarks under the names Larisa Guzeeva and Larisa Guzeeva. Through these brands the host of Let’s Get Married could develop and market cosmetics, household chemicals, underwear, and latex clothing, while also offering services in hotel management, insurance, real estate, design, gynecology, and plastic surgery.

Earlier reports clarified the fees associated with Andrey Makarevich, who has been noted as a foreign agent in Russia, in connection with events before the start of the Russian military operation. The discussion highlighted how public figures navigate branding, media appearances, and business ventures in a complex regulatory landscape today.
