The widow of Boris Grachevsky, Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya, shared in an interview with mk.ru that she cannot live in a country house. She explained that there are several reasons behind this decision. For one, living with a child outside the city presents real challenges. Belotserkovskaya noted that her son does not have his own car, which makes daily routines and travel extremely difficult. A key example is the need to visit a children’s clinic, a task that becomes much harder without private transportation. She also mentioned discomfort with the old house itself and the uneasy atmosphere it creates. The widow of the artist described a persistent fear associated with the home, a sense that something unsettled lingers there. She said she often cries in that space and cannot lie down in their bed because Boris Grachevsky had slept there and his scent remains, causing ongoing pain. At present, Belotserkovskaya is living with her son in an apartment in Moscow.
