Jesus Maria Gomez

Jesús Mª Gómez, born in Callosa de Segura in 1965, holds a doctorate in Education and earned top honors in piano and chamber music from the University of Alicante. His formative training includes premier studies at the Conservatory of Music in Seville and Murcia, with mentors such as Ramón Coll, Ana Guijarro, and Miguel Baró. He refined his artistry with masterful instruction from Marian Ribicky at L’École Normale de Musique in Paris and Frederic Gevers in Antwerp. Gómez has earned recognition through national and international piano competitions and has built a substantial recording portfolio as both soloist and chamber musician. His performing career spans across Spain, France, Portugal, Belgium, Hungary, Estonia, Germany, Russia, the Czech Republic, Italy, Egypt, Argentina, the United States, Vietnam, and Japan. He currently serves as a piano professor and assistant principal at the Óscar Espla Superior Alicante Music Conservatory and contributes to the Master’s program in Musical Interpretation and Research offered by the same institution.

Quico Miro Reig

Quico Miro Reig, born in Ibi, pursued violin studies under teachers from several conservatories in the province and in Murcia, including Arpad Babarczi, Unnur Palsdottir, Vicente Anton, and Joaquín Palomares. He later earned a master’s degree in acting, studying with Kevin Lawrence at the North Carolina School of the Arts in the United States. His education continued with master classes across the United States, France, Italy, and Austria, learning from mentors like Gerard Poulet, Esther Haffner, Lawrence Dutton, Philip Setzer, Anner Bylsma, Dmitry Sytkovetsky, Marcy Rosen, and Eric Larsen. Reig has performed as a soloist with ensembles such as the Ruperto Chapí Chamber Orchestra, the Valencia Youth Orchestra, and the Alicante Symphony Orchestra. He collaborates with the Murcia Symphony Orchestra, the City of Elche Symphony Orchestra, and the Valencia Symphony Orchestra, yet his strongest voice resides in chamber music, appearing with artists including Emilio Fenoy, Jesús Mª Gómez, Maria Mircheva, Paco Ricote, and Richard Bishop. In 2019 he created an interdisciplinary show blending words, dance, photography, and music, coordinating multiple art forms. He continues to broaden his education through music direction courses and a master’s degree in historical interpretation and music studies. Currently he balances performing with teaching at the Elche Professional Music Conservatory and contributing to Elche’s musical direction and Coral bensi projects.
