These sessions are led by the technical team from Casa Sicilia, a proud member of the Vectalia group’s portfolio of wineries. In addition to the standard tour, visitors can look forward to interactive tastings, a flight of grape varieties, and a thoughtfully staged photo opportunity designed to capture memorable moments from the day. These added activities are designed to deepen appreciation for the land, the grapes, and the wines crafted at the estate.

The culinary team at Casa Sicilia has prepared a distinctive menu that complements the day’s experiences. It begins with a light starter featuring shepherd crumbs and continues with two separate courses designed to showcase local ingredients. White garlic with cod and grape slices offer bright, citrusy notes, while a rice dish called Ad Gaude showcases the winery’s signature use of regional produce and wine reductions. A second course features pork tenderloin finished with a wine sauce and grape accents, followed by a dessert of puff pastry with raisin cream. Each course is paired with wines produced at Casa Sicilia, creating a cohesive tasting journey from course to course.

To cap the experience, every guest will receive a small gift of freshly picked grape samples from the vineyards, allowing visitors to savor the winery’s star product back home and remember the day long after departure. The full menu is priced at 37 euros for the complete experience, and organizers invite interested guests to inquire about dates, availability, and reservations through the winery’s official channels.
