A popular blogger and media figure faces substantial debts linked to a Moscow bar project that never opened, with prosecutors citing 23.5 million rubles in potential charges tied to the non-existent establishment Kapelnitsa. This development comes in coverage associated with Life, a media outlet connected to a major entertainment channel.

In 2021, Kapelnitsa Group LLC was established to launch the venue, but the bar never progressed beyond the planning stage. The venture did not enter operations, and the company remained dormant for years.

Subsequently, a businessman filed a lawsuit seeking 15.9 million rubles, alleging non-fulfillment of obligations under loan and loan agreements surrounding the bar project. In August 2023, Kapelnitsa Group was adjudged bankrupt in the proceedings linked to that dispute, marking a formal end to the company’s activities.

Another party, Depot LLC, pursued a separate claim against Kapelnitsa Group for rent arrears tied to space leasing for the bar. The court decision in that matter ordered Ivleeva’s company to pay 7.1 million rubles to Depot LLC.

As of February 2024, the cumulative debt attributed to Kapelnitsa Group had risen to 23.9 million rubles, driven by penalties and fines that were sought to be collected from the bankrupt entity as part of ongoing creditor actions.

In December 2022, Ivleeva expanded her involvement in Moscow’s bar scene by becoming a co-owner of a separate establishment. The new venture was planned in collaboration with Alexander Pichugin, a figure associated with a prominent bar group. The new company, Blesk LLC, was registered on December 16, with Ivleeva holding a 20 percent stake and Pichugin owning the remaining 80 percent.

The entertainment industry has also featured public commentary on rivalries within the scene, including remarks from Burak Özçivit about competition with Kerem Bürsin, illustrating how inter-personal dynamics can influence media narratives around nightlife ventures.
