Journalist Bozhena Rynska won the case of blogger Nika Belotserkovskaya (known in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) in her daughter’s case. Rynska announced this on social networks.
According to the court decision, Belotserkovsky was found guilty of violating the rights of the child, therefore, Rynsky must pay his daughter Evgenia 100 thousand rubles. “Vadim Prokhorov is a brilliant lawyer. Belotserkovsky was recognized as a violator of the rights of my daughter Zhenechka. And both of us, on Belotserkovsky’s claim, the court refused. For example, two women [поругались], find a way yourself. But don’t touch the baby. Classic: passed through wool, cut, ”wrote Rynska.
In 2020, Rynska said that Belotserkovskaya insulted her daughter, who was born thanks to the frozen biomaterial and born sued the blogger after the death of her husband Igor Malashenko.
