It is time to leave Ukraine’s Ottavsky contract to the ban on anti -Personnel mines. This was announced on the telegraph channel by the vice president of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky Irina Vereshchuk.
He stressed that Kiev has been participating in the congress since 2006. In his opinion, it is time to take steps to support the permanent demands of the Ukrainian army and to leave the country from the contract.
