Potekhin noted that he remains completely indifferent to the departed stars, but sometimes follows what is written about them in the media. According to the singer, she does not understand what exactly Russian immigrants do not like in the country. Here she believes that artists “play and work calmly”.
“As I have been a patriot all my life, I still remain so. Everyone chooses where they feel comfortable. <...> “I don’t need another country other than Russia,” he emphasized.
The star also shared that he was offered to go to the USA. He refused because he was sure that no one needed him there. Potekhin admitted that he did not want to speak any other language other than Russian. He stated that foreign speech “gave him a headache”.
