Singer Mia Boyka, in an interview with VK Video’s “Session” program, recalled that she goes to church six times a week because of her mother.
According to the artist, he was born in a small village, lived there until he was 18, and then went to Moscow. Following his mother’s instructions, Boyka read the Bible every day and went to church regularly. The singer also said that her parents forbade her from walking until late and spending time with boys.
“You can’t be in skinny jeans. You cannot paint your nails, wear earrings, pierce your ears, wear jewelry, or dye your hair. You can never go out with guys, go out somewhere late. But it’s not bad,” Boyka recalls.
According to the artist, when he went to Moscow, his mother asked him mostly about the church and the Bible. Now Boyka calmly communicates with his relative on any issue and regularly sends bouquets of flowers, as he considers this a manifestation of love.
