As a result, the businessman was unable to recover from the artist his losses from organizing the unsuccessful concert, and Orbakaite, in turn, reimbursed Zhdanov for legal fees. He demanded to recover 30 thousand rubles from Zhdanov, but the court decided to repay only 5 thousand rubles.

However, the concert had to be canceled when fans started returning the tickets due to rumors that the singer would go abroad. Zhdanov demanded from Orbakaite 321 thousand rubles in advance, but the star side refused to pay, citing the fact that the concert was canceled by the organizer.
