Then businessman Alexander Mokrov filed a lawsuit for 15.9 million rubles for non-fulfillment of obligations under loan and loan agreements regarding the opening of the bar, and in August 2023 Kapelnitsa Group lost the case. The company was declared bankrupt.
The company Depot LLC also tried to sue Ivleeva’s company for the debt for renting space for the bar, and according to this claim, it was decided to recover 7.1 million rubles from Ivleeva’s company.
The total debt of Ivleeva’s company as of February 2024 has increased to 23.9 million rubles due to penalties and fines that they now want to collect from the bankrupt company.
