Singer Alla Pugacheva did not sell her real estate in Russia kp.ru.
According to the publication, upon arrival in the country to say goodbye to fashion designer Valentin Yudashkin, the artist met with lawyers to discuss the fate of his estate. The singer found out how much her apartment on Filippovsky Lane in Moscow can be rented for.
The publication quotes the source as saying: “I haven’t thought about selling it – I’m thinking of renting it, but it hasn’t been rented yet – there is no demand.”
Pugacheva has an apartment in Moscow, which she received from the artist’s former son-in-law, Ruslan Baysarov. Its area is 303 square meters. As Kp.ru notes, the market value of this property is approximately 400 million rubles.
At the same time, the artist has two more plots of land in Russia – DSK “Tvorchestvo” (cadastral value – 4 million rubles) and in the village of Berezhki (800 thousand rubles).
