His remarks emphasized a unified experience across platforms for users seeking reliable digital banking tools.
Following a series of targeted updates, web users can now log in with biometric authentication, manage their address book for transactions, pay for services using QR codes, and enable additional security features. These enhancements are part of a broader effort to streamline online banking and broaden accessibility for all customers, regardless of how they access the service.
Over the past year and a half, the web version of VTB Online has undergone a deliberate modernization program designed to align its features with those of the mobile application. The improvements have supported customer retention while expanding the user base by about one third. The aim has been to ensure that customers face no limitations when using the online service, while preserving fast, high-quality performance across operating systems and devices.
Current projections show a growing user base for VTB Online, with around 13.5 million people actively using the platform today. The user community has expanded by approximately 32 percent since the start of 2023, underscoring the relevance of a seamless, cross platform banking experience for a broad audience.
