Tatspirtprom, a Kazan-based alcohol producer owned by the Tatarstan region, plans to invest about 4 million rubles in public relations activities that feature bloggers, using the GetBlogger platform. This information comes from a report by BUSINESS Online, which cites a tender published on the government procurement portal.
The company will acquire a license granting access to the GetBlogger software and hardware package for a one-month period. The agreement is set to be signed with Getblogger LLC, a Moscow-based firm.
GetBlogger operates as a platform for launching large-scale advertising campaigns with bloggers. It enables bloggers to collaborate with brands and monetize their content through advertising. Getblogger LLC was registered in Russia in September 2016.
At the end of January, Vedomosti referenced a study by the Association of Bloggers and Agencies (ABA). The study highlighted that the top ten Russian YouTube creators with the widest reach earned around 1.2 billion rubles. In 2023, the earnings of many popular Russian bloggers rose by 31 percent from 2022, reaching 940 million rubles for the year.
For example, Wylsacom, run by Valentin Petukhov, saw revenue grow by 21.5 percent to 288.6 million rubles. Vlad Bumaga, known for the children’s channel “A4,” reported a 78 percent jump to 218.8 million rubles in the same period.
Earlier, Kazan reported a rise in investments toward online promotional activities, reflecting a broader trend of brands leaning into digital outreach and influencer partnerships to reach audiences more directly.
