Tatspirtprom, a Kazan-based alcohol producer owned by Tatarstan, plans a four million ruble investment into public relations for its products through blogger collaborations via the GetBlogger platform. This development is reported by BUSINESS Online, citing a tender posted on the government procurement portal.

The arrangement involves acquiring a license that grants access to the GetBlogger software and hardware package for a period of one month. The contract will be concluded with Getblogger LLC, a Moscow-based company.

GetBlogger functions as a platform designed to kick off large-scale advertising campaigns with bloggers. It enables bloggers to partner with advertisers and earn revenue from promotional content. Getblogger LLC, registered in Russia in September 2016, operates as a bridge between brands and online creators for sponsored campaigns.

In late January, Vedomosti referenced a study by the Association of Bloggers and Agencies (ABA). The study indicated that the top ten Russian YouTube influencers with the broadest reach generated around 1.2 billion rubles in earnings. The data show that in 2023 the incomes of many well-known bloggers rose by about 31 percent compared with 2022, reaching 940 million rubles for the year. According to the ABA study, Wylsacom, led by Valentin Petukhov, saw revenue grow by roughly 21.5 percent to 288.6 million rubles, while Vlad Bumaga, the figure behind the children’s channel A4, increased earnings by about 78 percent to 218.8 million rubles.

Earlier reports from Kazan highlighted an uptick in investments toward online promotional activities, signaling a broader shift toward digital marketing strategies in the region.
