Rosneft has pioneered a cross‑segment loyalty initiative by linking the Family Team rewards program with its hospitality segment, marking the first full integration of a retail loyalty scheme into a hotel business in Russia. The company’s press service confirmed the development, highlighting how Family Team members can now earn points during hotel stays at the Vladimirovsky complex in addition to earning at Rosneft gas stations.

Under the new arrangement, every 100 rubles spent on accommodations at the Vladimirovsky Hotel translates into 5 Family Team points. Points are credited within three working days following the conclusion of a paid stay, a timeline that helps guests plan future visits and redemptions with clarity and ease.

Rosneft explained that the Family Team program is a cumulative bonus system. It enables participants to accrue points not only across the Rosneft retail network but also through program partners. Those points can be redeemed to cover fuel costs and purchases in stores and cafes across the company’s retail footprint, creating a seamless ecosystem that rewards ongoing engagement with the brand.

The Vladimirovsky hotel complex, opened in December 2021, sits along the Vladimirovskaya Bay with views of Lake Ladoga in the Leningrad Region. The property offers a four‑star hospitality experience and is complemented by extensive facilities designed for a comfortable stay. Guests can access a spa center, a hammam, a caravan campground, and a passenger river station, forming a comprehensive leisure and wellness hub in a scenic coastal setting.

Nearby, a floating gas station serves water transport operators, while a modern petrol station in a contemporary format supports vehicle refueling across fuel types and provides charging options for electric vehicles. This multi‑modal approach aligns with a broader strategy to integrate transportation, hospitality, and retail into a single, convenient traveler experience.

In addition to the hotel amenities, the Vladimirovskaya Bay area features enhanced coastal infrastructure that facilitates day trips and longer explorations. Visitors gain access to the monastery complex on Konevets Island via a passenger catamaran branded as the Saint Prince Vladimir, a smaller boat named St. Arseniy, and two hovercraft options departing from the river passenger station for easy island access. This combination of lodging, transport, and cultural stopovers positions the project as a full‑cycle travel destination for guests seeking convenience and variety in one region.
