Young people between the ages of 25-29 expect feedback the fastest; 12% want to see a response within 24 hours. About 38% of respondents, mostly between the ages of 19-34, are willing to wait a few days. Job seekers aged 35-39 show the most patience: 37% accept a week’s delay.
At the same time, 21% of respondents allow a longer waiting period, from 2 weeks to a month or more. Among those who prefer to wait more than a month, there are mainly people between the ages of 40-55. At the same time, 6% of the participants do not intend to wait at all due to the personnel shortage in the market.
When recruiters are inactive, 78% of survey respondents continue to look for other vacancies, with 17% turning to news. But for 15%, long waits become a reason to forget about the vacancy; The other 10% experience stress because of it.
Hobbies (27%) and communication with loved ones (22%) are the top ways to cope with stress. Russians also exercise (14%), drink relaxing teas (13%) or pills (4%). At the same time, nearly half (47%) of respondents said they did not take any action to reduce stress.
