The blocks of the Ostrov residential complex owned by the Donstroy company are certified according to Green Zoom standards. This was reported by the developer’s press service.
It was noted that the working group on “Integrated and sustainable development of the regions” made a holistic analysis of the project and also evaluated water efficiency, energy efficiency, resource savings and other indicators.
“The overall energy efficiency indicator was 30%. In the statement, it was stated that the houses received 115 points from experts, confirming that they are highly environmentally friendly at the “gold” level.
As the developer explains, Ostrova houses have an energy efficiency class of level A and higher, achieved by a number of modern technical solutions. The project is also designed and built in accordance with the requirements of the international environmental standard LEED. Thus, design solutions ensure the creation of a comfortable environment, the preservation of the existing ecosystem and the creation of conditions for its development.
Donstroy said that the project in the Mnevnikovskaya floodplain consists of ten business and premium class blocks. The houses are surrounded by the Moscow River and natural parks of Filevsky, Suvorovsky and Krylatsky Hills.
“A self-sufficient infrastructure will be created here, consisting of 4 large social clusters, including 4 schools with a capacity of 2,700 people and 6 kindergartens with a capacity of 1,000 people. In the statement, it was stated that kilometers of roads will be laid for Nordic walking, jogging and brisk walks along the borders of the project and nature conservation area.
It is also planned to include sports facilities near the project. At the same time, Terekhovo and Mnevniki metro stations were opened on its territory.
