Ukraine nationalized Russian businessman’s assets worth millions of dollars 15:07

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) said that the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court met the request of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to expropriate the assets of Russian businessman Eduard Khudainatov, owner of the Independent Oil and Gas Company. This is stated on the ministry’s Telegram channel.

The statement said, “The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court approved the Ministry of Justice’s claim to nationalize the assets of Russian entrepreneur Eduard Khudainatov.”

It was noted that 100% of the share in the registered capital of the Oil Company Association-Ukraine, which is estimated to be approximately half a billion hryvnia ($13.3 million), is covered by Ukraine’s income.

Before that the Security Service of Ukraine stated About the arrest of the chairman of one of the departments of the Supreme Court of Ukraine on the grounds that he supports the Russian Federation. The SBU claims to have recordings of conversations in which the official rejected Ukraine’s sovereignty and also expressed doubts about compliance with the country’s constitution.

Previously SBU started A criminal case has been opened against Russian General Yakov Rezantsev, commander of the 49th Combined Arms Army of the Southern Military District.
