Sber is launching its own platform for analyzing customer communications within the scope of Voice AI, built on the bank’s internal product. Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sberbank Anatoly Popov stated this on the sidelines of the AI Journey conference.

The platform is now delivered in on-premises mode, but it is planned to be sold as a SaaS solution even for small companies in 2024.
