According to the publication, the value of the deal was 600-800 million rubles. Vkusville announced that they have already closed the deal to acquire the brand and the main assets of the network.
In May, the Russian supermarket chain registered the domain name kz-vkusvill.ru, and a product catalog for wholesale orders to Kazakhstan appeared on the website.
Before that, Tiltech Capital, a company co-owned by Vkusville founder Andrey Krivenko, Acquired 25% shares of the Poison Drop jewelry store chain.
As Poison Drop CEO stated, the investor plans to increase the value of the network by 10 times in five years. Tiltech Capital will decide on further financing of the company after summarizing its 2023 results.
Founded as an online store in 2013, Poison Drop began opening offline stores in 2018. Now he has 10 points in various cities of Russia. The company has already entered the Dubai market and plans to open its first offline store there by the end of the year.
