According to the report of the company’s press service, MTS has launched the “One Number” service in the Moscow region, which allows subscribers to receive and make autonomous calls from smart watches with eSIM with the number used on the smartphone.

Additionally, subscribers will be able to use voice services using smart watches under their mobile phone number without using a smartphone.
“By combining a smartwatch with an eSIM under a smartphone number, an MTS subscriber will stay in touch even if he forgets his phone at home, goes for a run or goes to the store. At the same time, the subscriber is always ready for incoming calls from the regular number, and when calling from the watch the interlocutors will display the same number as when calling from the smartphone,” said MTS mass market.
The company stated that by the end of 2023 the service will be available to private customers in most regions of Russia.
