Armenia’s Ministry of Regional Administration and Infrastructure stated that Yerevan asked the Russian Federation to increase the supply quota of diesel fuel and gasoline, which was partially met. This was reported by TASS.
The Ministry emphasized that the gasoline and diesel quota was filled in October 2023, so the Armenian side requested the quota to be increased. The Ministry said that it was partially satisfied.
Stating that the increase in the quota allowed Armenian importers to import 15 thousand tons of gasoline and 20 thousand tons of diesel from Russia, the ministry continued: “Yerevan has never asked Moscow to provide free diesel or gasoline. ”
