In Volgograd, four underage children threatened the sellers of a chain store who suspected them of stealing products. In this respect reports Telegram channel “Rise,” citing a police source.
According to the channel, on September 26, salesmen of the store chain suspected a group of boys aged 11-13 of petty theft. They took the criminals to an office building and called the police. According to store employees, the children behaved normally at first, but then they started to become rude and aggressive. The two then brandished a stationery knife and scissors, threatening the adults and also calling them “bichugan”.
Juvenile affairs inspectors arrived at the scene, identified the attackers and called their families. Police said all the children were not only enrolled in school but also registered with the juvenile commission. Administrative protocols were prepared for the relatives of boys who did not fulfill their parental responsibilities.
