“Disproportionality emerged in the wholesale market. Now we are trying to balance the wholesale market,” said the deputy head of the government.
According to Novak, over the last two stock market sessions gasoline prices have “declined modestly by about 4% overall” and diesel prices are now falling as well. Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation says that the market has stabilized thanks to the efforts of the Cabinet of Ministers.
