A representative of the German Ministry of Economy said that authorities do not have a complete picture of how companies supply gas to the country, since it is not the government that has agreed on the supply. TASS.

With these words, a representative of the ministry answered the question of whether Russian gas somehow continues to flow to Germany.

He explained that the gas supply agreements are private agreements and signed by the companies, not the federal government.

“We therefore do not have a complete picture of how companies ensure gas supplies,” the Ministry of Economy added.

The representative also stated that the ministry is in favor of not importing Russian gas into Germany in the form of liquefied natural gas.
