Ukraine refuses to negotiate the passage of gas from Russia

Ukrainian Energy Ministry Head Herman Galushchenko said his country would not negotiate with Russia on the extension of the gas contract to Europe. Quoted by the Ukrainian edition of Strana.ua.

“We will definitely not be a party to negotiations with the Russians,” said the minister.
