The number of Ukrainian residents whose income exceeds 1 million hryvnia ($27,000) rose to 9,511 in 2022. About it on the Telegram channel Wrote Daniil Getmantsev, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy.

“The official number of millionaires in 2022 increased from 8,177 to 9,511,” said Getmantsev.

According to him, the current situation does not mean that the real income of Ukrainian residents has begun to increase. Only Ukrainians have become more responsible for declaring their income.
