American rock band Foo Fighters, founded by Nirvana member Dave Grohl, have released a new song called “Show Me How”. It is the third single from “But Here We Are”, which will be released on June 2.
The lyric video for the song is available on the band’s official YouTube channel.
But Here We Are, the first Foo Fighters album to be made without drummer Taylor Hawkins (not counting the first two-day plays Foo Fighters and The Color and the Shape, which featured Grohl himself on drums). Before that, the group presented the debut song from the new work “Recovered” and second single “Under You”.
“But Here We Are” will feature a total of ten songs. A press release describes the album as an “honest response” to everything the Foo Fighters members have been through over the past year.
Taylor Hawkins passed away on March 25, 2022, while the Foo Fighters were on their South American tour. Post-mortem tests revealed the presence of opioids, antidepressants and psychotropic substances in the drummer’s body. The musician was 50 years old, he had a wife and three children.

According to Stereogum, on May 24, the Foo Fighters gave their first performance as part of their new tour, with the band playing several new songs at the concert, including the yet-to-be-released “Nothing At All” and “But Here.” We”.
