Moscow’s three airports, Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo, handled 1.3 million more passengers in July than in the first month of this summer, an increase of 21%. If we divide travel in Russia and abroad, the number of passengers on domestic flights has increased by 1 million or 22%, and foreign – by 300 thousand or 19%.
That is, passenger traffic has almost reached the level of July 2021 and is 95% of last year. Compared to pre-Covid figures, the number of air passengers is now 68% of their number in July 2019.
