American entrepreneur Elon Musk denied the information that he gave the Tesla Cybertruck electric car to the leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov. He wrote about this on the X social network (formerly Twitter).
On August 17, Kadyrov announced that he had received this electric car from Musk and had already tested it. He also said that the car would be delivered to soldiers participating in a special military operation (SVO) and invited Musk to visit Grozny.
The entrepreneur himself reacted to this, commenting on a post by one of the social network users who wrote that Musk had handed over his electric truck to the “enemy of the United States”: “Are you really so stupid that you think I gave you a Cybertruck to a Russian general? … This is another example of how traditional media lies.”
Kadyrov added that the claims were made for an electric car in Chechnya, in addition to stating that he received the Cybertruck from Elon Musk. loaded Kadyrov himself drove the car around Grozny and admitted that he “literally fell in love” with it. The head of Chechnya also “expressed his sincere gratitude” to the CEO of Tesla and the founder of SpaceX, calling him “the most powerful genius and expert of our time.”
Tesla also did not confirm the transfer of Cybertruck to the head of the Russian region.
In Russia, a car can be purchased through intermediaries for more than 20 million rubles.
Previously It happened Tesla is aware that it is deceiving ordinary users.
